We at Red Rock Olives produce a wide range of flavoursome olive products from our olive grove.

Our extra virgin olive oils are characterized by fresh, fruity flavours followed by a peppery finish, either in the 'early harvest' robust style, or in a milder style with the gentle ripe fruit dominating. 

We infuse our extra virgin olive oils with fresh herbs, organic where available, to produce a wonderful range of aromatic infused oils which are sensational in adding flavour to your cooking.

Our table olives are completely chemical-free, being naturally fermented in brine, then bottled in rock salt and vinegar. They are firm and have great flavour. Olives bottled in herbs, or chilli and garlic are also available.

We also produce olive tapenades black and green olive) and Italian dressings.

All of our products are packaged for long shelf life and labelled in world class design labelling. Our products are designed to suit your lifestyle, and make attractive gifts.

Infused Olive Oil

Our infused oils are made with our cold pressed extra virgin olive oils.

Mountains of fresh, leafy herbs are added to the oil in stainless steel tanks. When the oil is intensely aromatic, it is filtered and bottled with dry herbs.

Italian Dressing

Table Olives

Our table olives are naturally fermented in brine, without the use of caustic soda and other chemicals. They are then bottled in a fresh rock salt and vinegar brine.

Cultivars available:

Manzanillo: Firm and very flavoursome medium-sized olive, especially suited to salads or for casual nibbles. Also available in chilli & garlic and Italian herbs.

Retail sizes: 280g and 190g
   
Bulk supply: 2kg, 10kg and loose bulk Manzanillo olives will be available from January 2006


Kalamata: The classical smokey/buttery flavoured Greek table olive. Also available in chilli & garlic and Italian herbs.

Californian Queen: A larger olive that looks great in antipasto or salad. Available as green or black olives.
The green olives are firm with a hint of apple.
The black olives are juicy and flavoursome.

Olive Tapenade

Made with green or black olives, mustard, walnuts, Red Rock Olives' extra virgin olive oil, and herbs. A delicious spread for crackers, sandwiches and focaccia. Exquisite tossed through pasta.
