The olive oils used in our Souvenir Packs are all produced from cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil, pressed from olives grown on our orchard. We have won a wide range of awards for our olive oils annually since 2003 – you can be assured of the high quality of our produce.

Bush tomato (kutjera) grown in outback Australia is infused in our olive oil to extract the natural smoky flavours and aromas -  wonderful on a range of fried and baked food
