This is our Red Rock Olives’ Estate blend. Its flavour profile is robust and peppery and it is great as a finishing oil.

Extra virgin olive oil is the highest grade of olive oil available. The word “virgin” indicates the olives have been cold pressed to extract the oil. Our oil has been:
