Our mixed olives in brine. Featuring mixed varieties which varies seasonally. Varieties may include kalamata, UC and manzanillo varieties, all grown on the Red Rock grove:

Kalamata olives are described as a “Greek style olive with firm flesh, rich fruity wine flavours”.
Manzanillo variety orignates from Spain "Spanish olive with a crisp texture and cherry shape".
UC - this variety was developed by the University of California and are very large in shape with a fleshy texture and fruity flavour.
